OUR MISSION

Simply put, Change.

We are all considered independent contractors.  While each of our circumstances may vary slightly in every state they are all pretty similar.  We must register with our state association, pay fees, and abide by regulations they set in place.  Any attempt to fight the rules they have bestowed upon us or to fight usually leads to the suspension of our ability to officiate.  Additionally, any attempt to rebuke these can also lead to repercussions including losing our certification.  Additionally, several states find themselves in a crisis situation due to a lack of officials. this is nothing more than the result of having an organization where officials are an afterthought.  

We believe that the state associations' current system is not in the best interest of the sports nor the children who participate in them.

Our mission is to work with the states through voluntary compliance and other avenues to require them to allow another organization to provide officials for their contest.

Make no mistake this will not be either a popular or easy battle, but we believe it is change worth fighting for.  

Our goal is to create an organic culture led by officials, with the intent of preserving our profession and working in the best interest of official's nationwide
